Muscat is Australia’s contribution to the world of wine. Three muscatal varieties (Hamburg, Frontignan & Gordo Blanco) harvested late in the season just as raisins occur, from our Tinja Farm and others dating back to the 70's. Fortified with brandy spirit, then matured in an old whiskey barriques.
