Mac Forbes Little Yarra Pinot Noir 2022 from the Little Yarra vineyard in Gladysdale is a beautifully perfumed Upper Yarra Pinot, all finesse, fragrance and fine structure at a very modest 11% alcohol. This 2022 Mac Forbes Little Yarra Pinot Noir is light on its feet but seriously complex, showcasing one of Mac’s coolest, most characterful single sites. In the glass it sits a pale ruby and opens with morello cherry, wild raspberry, blood orange, rose petal and gentle herbal lift, with hints of rhubarb, spice and subtle earth.
