PFM stands for Picolit, Friulano and Malvasia, the three varieties that go into this marvellous little skinsy blend from MDI. The fruit comes from two different growers in the area, and is whipped up into a nutty, spicy and toasty blend. Beautifully textured from ageing on lees and skin contact time, this is a great value drop for amber wine lovers.
