Moorooduc Estate Skins Pinot Gris 2023 (6 Bottles) Mornington Peninsula, Victoria

On the nose it has pink damask rose perfume, hints of white pepper, sour red cherry, plums and rhubarb. There is also a savoury tomatoey umami character that follows through on the palate which is altogether more savoury than the nose. Fleshy salty red plum and tomato flavours vie with tangy acidity and firm, fine grained tannins.
