Named after Lisa Marie Gamboni, part of the Barry clan and no Elvis connection. The finest, early-picked Chardonnay is aged on yeast lees in the bottle for several years to create an incredibly complex and crisp méthode traditionelle sparkling wine. The very fine bead (the tiny bubbles) is a result of extended maturation - only super premium sparklings are aged for such a long time.
