A classic cuvee made from 51% Chardonnay and 49% Pinot Noir. Secondary fermentation was conducted in the bottle (Methode Traditionelle style). Extended maturation on yeast lees in bottle has allowed this sparkling to develop classic yeast autolysis characteristics.
