It’s built to be versatile at the table rather than big and brooding. In the glass, this Colour Series Tempranillo 2022 shows blood plum, black and sour cherry, blackberry, cedar, clove and tobacco on the nose and palate, with grippy tannins giving a distinct earthy, savoury feel and a dry mouthfeel. Low in acid and lighter in body, it still carries plenty of flavour thanks to hand‑picking, small‑batch ferments, about two weeks on skins and close to 10 months in 50% new French oak puncheons.
