No Evil Shiraz 2024 comes from organic vineyards in South Australia, crafted as part of a minimal‑intervention range that focuses on bright fruit and easy drinking. In the glass it typically shows a deep ruby colour with aromas of blackberry, plum and blueberry, lifted by notes of pepper, cocoa and a gentle earthy, savoury edge. The palate is medium to full‑bodied but very approachable, juicy dark and red fruits, soft tannins and a smooth, moreish finish that feels more plush and relaxed than a big, heavy Shiraz.
