Northern Hope Pyrenees Syrah 2021 is a small-batch, single-vineyard Syrah sourced from the Shay's Flat vineyard in the Pyrenees, Victoria. Organically farmed and wild-yeast fermented, it was aged in 2-year-old French oak for 18 months. It's unfined, unfiltered, and contains minimal sulphites, reflecting true cool-climate Syrah character .
