Black fruited aromatics wrapped up in a nougat and hazelnut lift. Mouth swirling medium grained tannin leads to good length and an uplifting inky finish. Whole berry ferment in small open top fermenters. Plenty of power here, the full bodied core encased in comforting toasty oak with familiar dark chocolate and fruitcake flavours.
