Crafted by Mark Bulman, one of the country’s acknowledged masters of Rosé and Grenache, this Bagatelle Rosé 2025 bursts from the glass with lifted aromas of wild red berries, pomegranate, pink grapefruit and a little rosehip and talc. On the palate it’s all about shimmering red‑berry fruit, crunchy cranberry and redcurrant with a twist of blood orange, carried by bright, refreshing acidity. Gentle, talcy tannin gives a subtle grip and a more serious, textural edge, so it’s far more than just a simple quaffer.
