Peter Lehmann Masters Margaret Semillon 2017 from the Barossa Valley shows incredible aged character with vibrant freshness still intact. Aromas of lemon curd, preserved citrus and toasted brioche rise gently from the glass, followed by hints of lanolin and wet stone. The palate is beautifully layered with citrus oil, honeycomb and delicate savoury development, kept alive by fine acidity that provides tension and length.
