Pindarie Western Ridge Shiraz, crafted by winemaker Wendy Allan in South Australia’s Barossa Valley, is a bold, beautifully structured wine with hallmark regional depth. Saturated with inky black fruit, it opens with plum, black cherry, and liquorice, layered over graphite-like minerality and black olive savouriness. A lick of pepper and toasty cedar from 11 months in French and American oak rounds out the palate.
