Praeter 'Stolen Moments' Rosato 2024 is a medium-bodied, low-sweetness ros é from the Adelaide Hills, made by winemaker Matt Large. It exhibits flavors of pink grapefruit, rhubarb, rosehip, and chalk, with a backbone of fresh acidity, medium tannins, and a slightly chewy texture that adds complexity and seriousness. The grapes come from the Kersbrook Vineyard, featuring low-yield Nebbiolo vines.
