Provenance Ballarat Chardonnay 2021 by Provenance from Ballarat shows stone fruit and melon flavours enriched by vanilla and nougat with a subtle kiss of oak. Aromas of green pineapple, leatherwood honey, ripe peach and melon lift from the glass, while creamy mouthfeel is balanced by assertive acidity giving excellent tension and drive.
