This biodynamic jewel from the iconic Angel Flower vineyard's limestone-rich north-facing slopes soars with haunting perfume of rose petals, wild cherries, alpine herbs, tart red berries, blood orange, and savoury truffle whispers. Silky and open-weave on the palate, it dances with sour-sweet cherry flow, faint game meat, undergrowth spice, black tea grip, and ultra-fine lacy tannins that build to a drying, vibrant pucker.
