Quin Wines Pyrenees Nebbiolo 2021, crafted by Andrew Quin from fruit grown in Victoria’s Malakoff Vineyard in the Pyrenees, is a refined and expressive take on this classic Italian variety. Hand‑harvested, whole‑bunch fermented and aged in seasoned French oak after six weeks on skins, it opens with lovely aromas of rose petal, red cherry, sage and cumin. The palate is medium‑bodied and aromatic, offering bright cherry and cranberry, herbal spice and a silky grip of fine tannin.
