Ravensworth Pinot Gris by Bryan Martin from cool Hilltops and Canberra District sites is a pale copper, skinsy charmer, buzzing with fragrance and texture that blurs the line between white, rosé and amber in the most drinkable way imaginable. This Ravensworth Pinot Gris is all quince, pink grapefruit, red berries and orange zest on the nose, with a whisper of spice and amaro-like twist over stone fruit, juicy acidity and gentle tannin grip from skin contact and time on lees. It’s textural, expressive and utterly moreish without feeling heavy.
