In the glass you can expect a lifted, pure nose of lime zest, jasmine blossom, pomelo pith and crunchy orchard apple, with a little white‑tea and fennel‑bulb nuance echoing recent vintages. The palate is bone‑dry, tightly wound and zesty, packed with concentrated citrus flavours, talc and sherbet notes, supported by racy but nicely balanced acidity that drives through a long, chalky, mineral finish.
