RockBare The Clare Valley Riesling 2024 is a bright, modern Clare Riesling that zings with citrus and florals while keeping a clean, mineral, thoroughly refreshing line. Aromas show fresh‑cut lime, lemongrass, lemon blossom and white flowers with a subtle hint of wet slate. The palate is floral and refreshing, bursting with blossom, lime zest, citrus and lemongrass over a core of green apple and “lemon tart pastry” richness from lees work, finishing crisp, dry and long with a grapefruit‑like acidic zing and a faint saline twist.
