Expect honeydew melon, lime zest, loquat and passionfruit with fresh‑cut grass, lychee and guava in behind, sitting over a gently creamy, flinty palate from partial cask and large‑format oak ferment plus time on fine lees. The finish is mineral, tangy and refreshing, a more complex take on the classic Margaret River SBS style.
