Saint and Scholar Honour Roll Soapbox Pinot Noir 2019 (6 Bottles) Adelaide Hills

Vintage 2019 saw low yields due to the previous seaons dry conditions, however good rainfall in June and August followed by a mild autumn resulted in good flavour and colour development. The grapes were carefully hand harvested, whole bunch fermented using wild yeast for complexity. The wine was then matured in French oak puncheons for 12 months of which 60% was new.
