Saint & Scholar Master Series Pinot Noir 2022, vinified by Stephen Dew & Reid Bosward in Adelaide Hills, is crafted from clone 777 grapes grown in their single vineyard near Gumeracha. Hand-harvested, whole-bunch fermented, then matured for 16 months in French oak barriques, only 1,700 bottles were produced. Its bouquet reveals black cherries and plum, underpinned by nutmeg, cardamom and gentle clove.
