Sentio Beechworth Chardonnay Single Vineyard 2024 is a finely tuned, modern Beechworth Chardonnay showing regional power with real finesse, drawn from low‑yielding vineyards on classic Ordovician mudstone, shale and granite soils that drive intensity, minerality and length. In the glass it opens with white peach, pear, green apple and citrus, layered with almond meal, dried honey, nougat and biscuity oak, plus a flinty, smoky, gun‑flint edge from quality oak and attentive élevage.
