Sevenhill Inigo Riesling 2025 from the Clare Valley is a tightly wound, zesty young riesling, pulling classic Watervale‑style citrus and minerality into a super refreshing, great‑value package. In the glass, expect lifted aromas of crisp green apple, fresh‑squeezed lemon, lime and delicate florals, sitting over that familiar slatey, stony edge. The palate is fresh and zippy with lemon and lime juice, hints of sherbet, lemon curd and lemon verbena, finishing long, linear and chalky with a fine talc twist.
