This “Pet Nat” shows bright lemon and lime citrus, crisp green apple and pear flavours, underpinned by fine, energetic bubbles and a fresh, dry acidity that lifts the palate. Its structure comes from 40 % skin contact and 30 % barrel-fermented Fiano, with 30 % tank-fermented Chenin Blanc.
