The Sherrah Wines Petillant-Naturel Fiano 2022 from McLaren Vale - winemaker Alex Sherrah using fruit from the Tatachilla and Seaview sub-regions - is a lively natural sparkling blend of Fiano and a splash of Chenin Blanc. This “Pet Nat” shows bright lemon and lime citrus, crisp green apple and pear flavours, underpinned by fine, energetic bubbles and a fresh, dry acidity that lifts the palate. Its structure comes from 40 % skin contact and 30 % barrel-fermented Fiano, with 30 % tank-fermented Chenin Blanc.
