The Sherrah Wines Skin Party Fiano 2024 from Seaview in McLaren Vale - crafted by Alex Sherrah - is a textural adventure. Whole-berry Fiano fermented wild in open fermenters for two weeks, then matured for eight months on lees in seasoned Hogs Heads, with no fining or acid additions. The wine opens with bright aromas of lemon rind, white nectarine and kaffir lime, with underlying hints of wild herbs.
