The grapes are handpicked from selected low-yielding vines and partially whole-bunch pressed before undergoing wild yeast fermentation in French hogsheads and puncheons, 30% of which are new oak. The palate is tight and racy, supported by fine oak tannins, offering a powerfully structured profile that rewards careful cellaring.
