The Silent Way Pinot Noir 2024 from Macedon Ranges, crafted by Matt Harrop, is a captivating cool-climate expression. Sourced mainly from the high-altitude Quarry Ridge vineyard with a touch of Silvan fruit, this vintage was fermented with wild yeasts, lightly destemmed, and matured in seasoned French oak hogsheads and puncheons. Deep ruby in colour, it opens with dark plum, blackberry, cassis and subtle dark chocolate aromas.
