Singlefile The Great Southern Sparkling NV is a seriously refined, traditional-method Chardonnay and Pinot Noir sparkling from Western Australia, delivering fine mousse, vivid citrus and the layered, bready complexity of extended lees ageing. Flint, lemon zest, Granny Smith apple and white blossom lead, followed by honey, almond nougat and subtle brioche. The palate is dry and tightly focused, with a fine persistent bead, bright natural acidity.
