Lucette is something of a unicorn in the Spinifex range. The fruit was chilled, then pressed to French oak for fermentation (45% new) and bottled just before the start of the 2024 harvest. It is a delicately sweet wine with spring-fresh citrus grove aromas and a slippery texture balanced by bright acidity.
