Spinifex Rostein Shiraz 2018 (12 Bottles), Barossa Valley

2018 is the first vintage from this vineyard since we purchased it in 2014 that we felt delivered wines that warranted bottling as estate grown, single vineyard wines in terms of character and quality. 2018 Rostein Shiraz Powerful dark savoury fruit and strong compact tannin have been the hallmarks of the Rostein Shiraz to date. Handpicked in three passes over a 10 day period, fully destemmed, fermented with indigenous yeast in both oak and stainless steel fermenters, macerated for between 10 and 16 days prior to pressing.
