This Adelaide Hills Sauvignon Blanc is picked from an iconic hills location to the south of the region and each year produces some of the best fruit of the season. Our 2018 Sauvignon Blanc is pale in colour, with a nose full of honeydew, kiwi and subtle citrus and hint of minerality. The palate is crisp & fresh with hints of fine melon & gooseberry followed with soft minerality.
