This 2025 Sticks Pinot Noir blends estate and Gippsland fruit, sitting at about 13.5% alcohol and dialling up drinkability. On the nose you’re greeted by bright strawberry and red cherry, with sweet plum, raspberry and a little thyme, fennel and nutmeg spice in the background. The palate is all plush red fruits, a touch of bramble and fresh thyme leaf, carried by vibrant acidity and fine, chalky tannins that keep it light on its feet yet nicely structured.
