The Field Blend 2023 is a wild-fermented, textural red born from six varieties (predominantly Cabernet Sauvignon plus five others) grown at Stoke’s Cassini site. It offers lifted aromas of sun-ripened raspberry, strawberry and blood orange, with subtle herbal notes. The palate is bright and playful, textured with a fizzy bounce-acidity lively and mid-palate weight modest-finishing clean and refreshing at 11.7% ABV .
