The bouquet shows light peach, nutmeg spice and a hint of vanilla and cream. The palate has a mixture of peach and tangelo fruit finishing with an orange skin tang of minerality. Over midway through this process the juice is siphoned of into large format and small French oak for 11 months maturation.
