Tahbilk Dalfarras Pinot Grigio 2023 (12 Bottles) Nagambie Lakes, Victoria

This wine is crafted with fruit grown in the Nagambie Lakes subregion of the Goulburn Valley where the fertile river flats and sandy loam soils give a defined regional character. This Italian ‘Grigio’ style sees the grapes harvested relatively early in the season and crushed during the cool of night to retain fresh varietal flavour. Specially selected yeast strains are utilised and fermentation is held at low temperatures in stainless steel to preserve the pure fruit character.
