Terroir al Límit Priorat Históric Blanc 2023,. Dominik Huber's biodynamic project in Spain's rugged Priorat around Torroja del Priorat, blends 75% Garnacha Blanca with 25% Macabeu from old bush vines across nine villages on steep llicorella slate and clay-limestone at 350-800m, hand-harvested, whole-cluster wild fermented and lees-aged six months in concrete tanks for pure mountain expression at 13% alcohol. Aromas burst with ripe quince, citrus peel, orange blossom, dried Mediterranean herbs, white peach and crushed rock minerality.
