Thomas Hardy Cabernet Sauvignon 2020 (6 Bottles) Coonawarra, SA & Margaret River, WA

It’s full-bodied, richly flavoured and very much in the classic, polished Aussie icon style. The nose is loaded with cassis, blackberry, redcurrant and fresh plum, layered with bay leaf, cinnamon, tobacco and plenty of high-quality, cedary oak. On the palate it’s concentrated and firmly structured, with red and blackcurrant, cassis, coffee, dark chocolate, tobacco leaf and a hint of green peppercorn wrapped in persuasive, fine yet plentiful tannins and a long, spicy finish.
