This Single Wire Shiraz 2022 opens with plush aromas. Christmas cake, orange peel, cocoa and dark berry compote, laced with dried herbs and a flicker of sweet spice. The palate is full-bodied but nicely measured, stacked with blackberries, plum and cherry wrapped around dark chocolate, liquorice and a savoury earthy edge.
