Two Tonne Tasmania 2023 STH Pinot Noir (6 Bottles) Derwent & Coal River Valleys

The STH (south) is the newest wine to the sub-regional fold and is sourced from two sites: Kinvarra (70%) in the Derwent Valley. Brinktop (30%) in the Coal River Valley. This is the darkest-fruited of the subregional releases, driven. Kinvarra Vineyard’s mature vines and the local black clay and hard, rocky soils. The fruit fermented in open-top vessels with 15% whole bunches.
