The fruit is hand-picked, destemmed, basket pressed, whole bunch fermented, and aged for approximately three months in seasoned French oak barrels. This Shiraz is noted for being fresh, crunchy, and vibrant, with lifted aromas of white pepper, black mulberries, and subtle oak influence.
