Victory Point Cabernet Sauvignon 2019. Margaret River is a dry-grown, single-estate cabernet that leans into purity, structure and classic regional finesse rather than big, jammy fruit. It’s effectively a more serious, age-worthy sibling to The Mallee Root, with a higher proportion of cabernet, longer oak time and a more focused frame. The nose shows a wide spectrum of fruits from red to blue to black berries, with spicy and leafy aromatics giving way to chestnut and gently integrated French oak.
