Vinaceous Wines Pétillant Naturel, part of their Crafted By Hand range. Western Australia, is fermented mid-palate with minimal intervention. Blended. Gewürztraminer (42 %), Pinot Grigio (35 %). Arneis (23 %), it undergoes ancestral-style bottling during primary fermentation, creating natural effervescence. Aromas and flavours of tropical fruit, pear, almond and citrus blossom lead into a lively, textural palate enriched by saline minerality.
