Vinaceous Wines’ Crafted By Hand Vermentino. Mount Barker, Western Australia, is artisanally sourced from a single vineyard and expertly fermented with solids directly to neutral oak by winemaker mid-palate. Unfined and unfiltered, it was aged on lees to enhance texture and mouthfeel. Aromas of grapefruit, lime zest, green apple skin and layers of meringue segue into a textural, zesty palate marked by brine-tinged minerality and subtle ginger-nutmeg spice.
