Vinaceous Risky Business’s Prosecco. King Valley, Victoria, is delicately crafted mid-palate by winemaker Warren Proft into a refined and lively sparkling wine. Very pale straw in hue, it opens with aromas of pear, citrus blossom and delicate stone fruit. The palate is light-bodied, crisp and dry-offering fresh pear, lemon sorbet and subtle apple blossom.
