Vinden Wines Chardonnay 2023 from the Hunter Valley is a refined, modern expression sourced. Somerset Vineyard. Oakey Creek’s Bonvilla block, handpicked and fermented in large-format French. Austrian oak for purity, texture and balance. It sits around 12.5,13% alc, with minimal sulphites and a gently creamy feel. In the glass, Vinden Wines Chardonnay 2023 shows citrus, white peach and lemon blossom with hints of hazelnut/almond, brioche and subtle toast from barrel ferment and bâtonnage.
