Vinifera Gran Tinto 2022. Mudgee is an organic, Iberian-inspired red blending tempranillo, shiraz and graciano into a savoury, medium to full-bodied style with real character and texture. Aromas lead with redcurrant, dense sweet dark fruits and savoury thyme and white pepper, alongside earth, black tea leaf, dried Mediterranean herbs and tilled soil. The palate is generous with cherry, plum and blackberry over black-olive and earthy savouriness, framed by a long acid line and firm, drying but pillowy tannins that soften beautifully with air, finishing long, spicy and dry.
