Vinifera Wines Chardonnay 2023. Mudgee is a certified-organic, cool-climate chardonnay that leans into a creamy, stone-fruited style without losing its regional freshness, a classic country NSW expression that feels generous, polished and very drinkable. Vinifera Reserve Chardonnay 2023 opens with white peach, nectarine, lemon curd and cashew, with a gentle vanilla and spice note from quality oak in support. Around a third of the wine sees new oak, giving a subtle toasty gloss and length while still letting. Mudgee fruit sit centre stage.
